Parents are expected to inform the school if their child is going to be away, either with an email or a phone call to the school office.
As Ohaupo School is a rural school, some children require bus transport to get to school. There is currently one bus run running from the school as well as two commercial runs. For more details contact the school. The school must be informed in writing or verbally whenever alternative transport arrangements are made.
Ohaupo School has a Smoke-Free, No Dogs, No Cycling policy and we ask visitors to respect this.
The dental service at Ohaupo operates from a mobile clinic for a short period of the year. However, parents can contact the dental therapist for emergency treatment. Please contact the school office for details.
